Konscious Foods creates sushi that tastes like the real thing

LAS VEGAS (SAVVY STREAMING) -- I was able to taste test many different foods from around the world at the Winter Fancy Food should held in Las Vegas.

One food that surprised me and that I can't wait to be available in the U.S. is a plant-based sushi by Konscious Foods.

I love sushi and could not believe that the variety of food offerings they had on display were all plant-based. From the "tuna" poke boal to the Nigiri in a spoon. Not one piece was real fish and it was delicious.
